Due to a partial power outage, the Riverview Elementary building is closing today. All students and staff are safe, but much of the building is without power, making it impossible to continue our school day.
All students who had ridden the bus to the school this morning will stay at the building with their teachers. They will be safe and supervised until picked up.
Parents/guardians have two options:
>> Pick their student up at the school.
>> Let us know they want their student to ride the bus back home. These bus routes will run after the secondary students have been dropped off, at 8:30 a.m. or later.
Please connect with your teacher immediately to let us know which choice your family has made.
